Two thumbs down. It snagged my hair. I’m extremely disappointed. I’m not sure if the metal/ceramic plates, or the sides of the plastic casing that make up the whole body was the culprit but, after hearing snags with every pass, I just couldn’t continue. Andis Flat Iron is Heavenly! At first I was skeptical. I’ve never had an Andis as I always used Revlon, but as I cut my hair very short in order to curl it, it works wonders!
