BestHairDeals.com offers are global, no minimum purchase. Destinations we regularly ship to include; USA, Australia, Canada, The United Kingdom, Mexico, South Africa, India, Qatar, Sweden, Singapore, Thailand, Trinidad & Tobago, Ireland, New Zealand and the rest of the EU. If your country is not on this list, not to fear we can still send our items to you.
We ship globally, and the time frame for delivery remains the same. At present the only country we cannot ship to is Iran.
How long will my order take? When will my item(s) be delivered?
1. All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
2. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 2-3 days of payment, except for Amazon Prime products which only takes 24 hours.

I ordered a week ago, my delivery hasn’t arrived?
Our setup is such that items have to be dispatched from an overseas location to your home. This process often takes between 10 and 30 business days. We will update you with a tracking number on request so you can gain a better idea of when your item will arrive. We definitely want you to receive your items in a timely fashion and are definitely not running a scam. Our reputation is important to us globally, if you have any queries please ask us via e-mail (please hit “Contact” on the navigation bar on top). If your item is lost or damaged, we will replace, provide credit for your purchase or refund.
Where do you ship your products from?
Our main shipping center is located in America, however we also have shipping centers overseas. Some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China. Depending on inventory levels and delivery timeframes we may ship from multiple locations to speed up your order delivery.
I ordered multiple items but they arrived in different deliveries?
In order to expedite delivery of your order, we may ship items at different times from different shipping centers. We also ship items out in small groups so that you don’t get stung at customs, and also as to avoid you waiting for items that may take a little longer. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. Our goal is to get you your order as fast as possible! Rest assured, all your items will arrive!
How does your shipping costs work?
We offer a tiered shipping fee structure. This means the more you order the cheaper shipping is per item. We do this to account for worldwide customers and worldwide shipping centers so we can assure you always get the best price for your items at the lowest shipping costs without sacrificing quality.

Items shipped from Amazon.com, including Amazon Warehouse, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
Amazon Global Store Return Policy
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery using the Online Returns Center. It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense. Amazon will automatically refund up to $20 for return postage costs on receipt of the item. If your return postage costs exceed $20, you may contact our Customer Service Center to request a refund of the remaining postage cost. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded the full postage cost, as well as your Import Fees Deposit, once your return is processed.

You can check the payment method that was refunded and the status of your refund in Your Orders.Note: After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return.
Instant Refunds & Refund Without Return
In some cases, you may be offered an “Instant refund” option to allow you to use your refund without waiting for your return to process. Instant Refunds are either issued to your credit card or as an Amazon.com Gift Card balance. Refunds issued to card issuers will require an additional 3-5 business days processing time by those institutions. You’ll still need to return your items within 30 days.
Amazon may determine that a refund can be issued without requiring a return. If you aren’t required to mail your item back for a refund, you will be notified in the Online Returns Center or by a Customer Service Associate. For more information, go to the Conditions of Use.
*For most items the return window is 30 days after delivery. To check the return window for an item you have ordered, go to Your Orders and click Return or Replace Items. If your item was fulfilled by a third-party seller, you may be charged up to 20% restocking fee even if you return the item in original condition within the return window.
